When you request a quote or contact us we collect the business and personal details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, state, industry, and the underwriting information entered in the quote form. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare insurance quotes, submit applications to carriers on your behalf, service your policies, and respond to your questions. If you consent to contact by phone or text, we use your number for those communications about your quote and coverage.
Who we share it with
We share information with insurance carriers, wholesalers, and premium finance companies as needed to quote and place coverage, and with service providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Quote submissions and policy records are retained for the period required by insurance regulations and our carrier agreements, which is generally several years after a policy ends.
Your choices
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or calling us. You may also request access to or correction of the information we hold about you.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor review to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive identifiers such as full Social Security numbers by unencrypted email.
